„Good cooking is based on the ingredients of heart and love“, our chef Serhii Oseredko says. Love for cooking has accompanied him since childhood, his life’s journey was thus clear. Serhii studied, continued improving his skills and working on himself. He has become an excellent chef, who is the best man in our kitchen.
Indeed, he is not all alone - his man Friday is Jirka Hrachový. Jirka has been devoted to cooking from the age of 14, when he helped cooking in a pub in Wallachia, a place he comes from. He complemented his studies by 5 years of working practice in the kitchens in England, acquiring experience, to return afterwards and settle down in Prague. The list of restaurants he worked at is varied – he cooked in Kampa Park, La Truff, Zátiší Group and Grand Cru. He wa at the birth of our Nejen Bistro in Karlín. The journeys of Serhii and Jirka merged for the first time here, in Meat Beer.
